About The Chatta Box

We are a unique Asian Restaurant in your neighborhood. The concept of The Chatta Box is to be a cool, friendly meeting place, and eatery where good friends and family gather and enjoy harmonious and fresh Asian cuisine. So, just relax and enjoy our exotic menu while our warm and attentive staff treats you like family.

Most of our meat, seafood, poultry and vegetable dishes are prepared by grilling, steaming, simmering, stir-frying or by serving as a vinegared “salad”. A brief description of the various foods found in each country is shown below.

Malaysia – has one of the most diverse and delightfully complex cuisines. Malaysian food is easy to love and hard to define because so many cultures have helped to create it – Muslim Malays, Chinese, Indians, Portuguese and the indigenous tribal people of Borneo. Malaysia is called the melting pot of Asia where chili, herbs and spices of many lands are blended together offering their wonderful flavors in an enticing culinary exchange.

Thailand – the land of smiles is home to many dishes in which the main ingredients are rice, fish and fruits. Rice is the mainstay of Thai meals, long grain jasmine rice, mostly steamed, with the traditions and rituals of its cultivation. The ideal Thai meal is a harmonious blend of the spicy, sweet, hot, crisp and sour tastes that are meant to be satisfying to the eyes, nose and palate.

Japan – where they do not categorize their food by the basic ingredient but by the method with which it is prepared. Food is therefore classified as grilled, steamed, simmered, deep-fried or vinegared.
